Joining Camella’s nationwide call for help to save mother Earth, Northpoint Davao initiated its first-ever “Walk of Lights” luminaire candlelight walk inside the pine-estate condo community, in celebration of Earth Hour 2022 on March 26.
The morning activity was a “Handprint Pledge” wall; a call of commitment to make extra efforts to promote sustainable efforts in preserving nature, advocating a clean and green environment, and educating people to be more aware of climate change.
Visitors were also welcomed with a vegan banquet, which promotes organic consumption that is also helpful in the environment.
In the evening, Northpoint participated the nationwide night-mode photo contest initiated by Camella Manors, Camella’s condominium brand, with the aim to capture the best night shots and happy moments during the event. More than 20 photography enthusiasts have joined the said contest.
Winners of the photography will be announced on Camella Manors’ official Facebook page on April 2, 2022.
The celebration also encouraged all unit owners to turn off all their electronic devices for 60 minutes in observance of the true essence of the annual Earth Hour.
Northpoint wishes to continue the legacy of protecting and preserving Earth; emphasizing that this micro effort would eventually make a huge impact, especially for generations to come.
