On April 13, 2023, Camella and Vista Estates took a look back and honored the achievements of their business partners from the entire One Luzon Team for the year 2022. The grand celebration was held at The Tent, Vista Global South, Las Piñas City. The event was streamed live and participated in by business partners around the world.
Vista Land founder and chairman Manny B. Villar, Jr. delivered an inspiring keynote address to the audience composed of business partners and stakeholders here and abroad. Delighting the audience with spectacular performances was The Whiplash Dancers, who brought to life the evening’s theme through their graceful productions. Aliw awardee for Best Inspirational Singer, Sheena Lee Palad was the event host who also gave a rousing performance for the thrilled audience.
Guests and business partners arrived at The Tent in their embellished evening gowns and refined tuxedos that fit the event’s elegant black-and-white theme. The guests entered into a red carpet treatment and mood music upon entry.
It is inevitable for individuals to encounter unfamiliar currents brought by the “new normal”, yet, the sales force of Camella and Vista Estates went against and beyond uncharted waters, re-modified and developed better ways to face new challenges, and stayed unfazed with whatever came in their way.
Th event theme took from the late U.S. President John F. Kennedy’s campaign in the 60’s who described the “New Frontier” as pushing the limits of human accomplishments. Kennedy believed that individuals should learn to sacrifice to conquer unknown opportunities and uncertainties.
Division Heads for Mega Manila and the South, Mary Lee Sadiasa and Engr. Ric Pallesco explained that the event does not only aim to celebrate the top sellers’ achievements but also to serve as motivation and reminder for sales networks to continuously push through challenges to emerge triumphant. Pallesco emphasized that as the force re-adjusts to the “new normal,” it is crucial to be equipped with the ability to embrace and breach new hurdles and look for new opportunities to take advantage of.
Resiliency and adaptability are words that summarize the outstanding performances of the Camella and Vista Estates’ sales networks, as well as their uncanny ability to turn challenges into a drive for positive change.
The Next Frontier: Annuals Sellers’ Event celebrated the top achievements for the year 2022 from all divisions under the One Luzon Team which is comprised of the following groups: Mega Manila headed by Mary Lee Sadiasa, covering Rizal, Caloocan, Taguig, and San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. The South- based developments led by Engr. Ric Pallesco, dominating parts of Laguna and most of Cavite, from Daang Hari in Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas, Silang, Tanza, Trece Martires, and Alfonso, Cavite. Tere Tumbaga, at the helm of the South Luzon Team, taking care of the provinces of Laguna, Batangas, Quezon, Bicol, and as far as the country’s last frontier, Palawan. Moving on from South, the North Division is divided into two teams, starting with the North Luzon 1 area headed by Ailene Sarmiento. The team controls most of Central Luzon including the provinces of Bataan, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales, as well Pangasinan in Western Luzon and as far up as Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur. Completing the One Luzon Group is the North Luzon 2 team that handles Nueva Ecija, Isabela, and Tuguegarao, headed by Rochelle Alpasan.
The awards were divided into four (4) categories namely: Top Property Consultants, Top Business Partners, Top Sales Managers, and Top Sales Groups. The awardees of Camella and Vista Estates were recognized for their contributions and immense efforts for a successful rally in 2022. Aside from the awards given to the top achievers of every division, the event also revealed and recognized the overall top awardees for each category from the One Luzon Team.
Aside from awards and recognitions, the event was also filled with surprises as valuable prizes such as gift certificates and gadgets were given away. Topping it all was the handing out of cash incentives from winners of last year’s annual promo with a total amount close to 6 million pesos! This 2023’s mid-year promo was also launched promising more cash incentives and travels abroad.
