Coins were flung to attract wealth, and chocolates symbolizing the sweetness that life within the community promises. The comb was cast to bring forth good grooming habits, with the pouring of cement to represent the unbreakable bonds between homeowners and their community.
Right after the groundbreaking ceremony, guests were treated to a refined wine-toasting fete, another symbolic gesture paying homage to the project’s future success. The event also featured an exclusive promo announcement for homebuyers, with a token for the first 30 registrants.
The event culminated with snack time, where guests enjoyed a delectable spread of local delicacies.
