After the first two successful celebrations of National Camella Day at Vista Mall Bataan and Lanang Business Park in Davao, Camella the country’s largest homebuilder and Vista Land’s flagship brand, celebrated the third leg of its monthlong, nationwide anniversary celebration – National Camella Day (NCD) – highlighted by gift-giving and a series of fun activities and entertainment at Vista Mall Iloilo, Iloilo City.
The celebration started with a motorcade followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked the opening of the banchetto fair, and the special presentation of “Esang”, the official mascot of Camella’s Lessandra Series – the brand’s most affordable line of houses.
Apart from underlining the legacy and milestones that Camella has reached in over 40 years, the aim of NCD 2018 is to celebrate with all Camella stakeholders the success, love and pride for the brand. Thus, this year’s NCD is encapsulated by a strong, succinct and catchy tagline, ‘Taga-Camella Ako’.
Aside from the festivities shared with the various stakeholders of the Camella community, NCD-Iloilo likewise expanded its activities to benefit and give back to the community. In a gift-giving activity, more than 100 children beneficiaries from Mandurriao Elementary School and Abilay Sur Child Development Center received loot bags and groceries from All Day Supermarket, boxes of pastries from Bake My Day, and toys, school supplies and canned goods from the students of Georgia Academy. Likewise, lucky winners from the raffle draw received gift certificates from AllHome, vouchers from Coffee Project, and grocery packages worth Php 5,000. Various activities were also lined up to entertain the children such as magic show andballoon twisting.
The afternoon was highlighted by the NCD Dance Contest which was participated by local dance groups in Iloilo.To cap off the festivities, Tawag ng Tanghalan Visayas Contender Stephanny Gemao, singer-songwriter Ethan Loukas, model and singer Jeck Kyle Estoce, and the 5-member band sensation BoybandPH staged an all-out concert performance. Headz Up,Western Visayas’ first representative to World Supremacy Battlegrounds International in Australia this coming October, wowed the crowd with their outstanding street style dance performance.
The celebration was punctuated by the premiere of Camella’s third and final installation of its 3-part web series or digiserye that highlights Lessandra. The complete digiserye is scheduled for release on August 25 during the fourth leg and culmination of NCD at Vista Mall Daang Hari, Cavite.
The upcoming culminating anniversary celebration of National Camella Day in Cavite is all systems go with Color Manila’s Blacklight Run, NCD’s biggest dance battle, and another live performance from BoybandPH headlining the whole day activity.
