In anticipation of a rise in demand for homes in Lapu Lapu City, Camella set to launch its newest community development in Mactan Island the La Brisa.
Spanning 24 hectares in within Barangay SubaBasbas, Lapu Lapu City, La Brisa is eyed to meet the demand for more quality yet affordable homes as Mactan Island braces itself for faster growth.
Several economic indicators are seen to boost the island’s economy. These include the entry of more foreign locators within the island’s export processing zones, the expansion of the Mactan Cebu International Airport and the building of the third bridge. The 7kilometer bridge will connect Barangay Pilipog, Cordova and the South Road Properties in Cebu City.
Upon completion of the third Mactan Bridge in 2019, Camella La Brisa will be just 25 minutes away from Cebu City. Camella La Brisa will introduce a Spanish inspired townhome series the Nina and Olivia and an even bigger home series, the Fatima at 142 square meters and Gavina at 166 square meters.
Camella La Brisa is the company’s eighth project within Mactan Island, Cebu and the 27th project in Cebu Province. Camella will begin by developing seven hectares for the first phase of the project.
