Camella Bulacan Expects Increase in Sales with MRT Extension

Camella, the flagship brand of Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc., expects a significant sales increase in its properties in San Jose del Monte with the ongoing development of 23 km Metro Railway Transit (MRT) 7 that will connect North Avenue, Quezon City to San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

“MRT 7 will cut travel time to San Jose del Monte from two hours to 30 minutes. Also included in the MRT 7 project is the development of 22 km asphalt road from Bocaue Interchange of NLEX to the intermodal terminal in Tala, Caloocan City that will divert northern provincial buses operation to San Jose Del Monte, thereby making Camella properties even more accessible.
