Camella Gives Away Overseas Travel Incentive to Brokers

Camella Homes in the Visayas is embarking on its biggest promotional program for real estate brokers and agents in Cebu, as it speeds up the release of its units-for-sale inventory.

Myra Lynn Gilig, Camella Homes cluster head for Central Visayas operation, disclosed there are at least 1,500 housing units available for sale, excluding the upcoming additional house and lot projects to be launched in the following months.

Gilig said the P2.5 billion house-and-lot inventory is expected to be sold faster, once the market is well informed about the availability through the help of brokers and agents.

Real estate brokers and agents who will hit the sales target set by the company for the year will have the chance to travel to countries like Italy, Japan and Singapore.

Traditionally, the company is giving incentive packages to its partner brokers and agents as a way of recognition. However, the travel incentives, Gilig said, is the “grandest” they are giving away.

Gilig hopes real estate brokers and agents will be encouraged to promote Camella Homes to Cebuanos and buyers overseas.

Camella Homes projects are spread all over Cebu, Consolacion, Talamban, Mactan Island, Guadalupe and Carcar. The company is set to build more residential projects on the back of Cebu’s thriving economy.

Vista Land chairman Manuel Villar, earlier said that the company is keeping an eye on Cebu and it plans to pursue other development projects like BPO complexes, condominium towers and subdivision projects.
Currently, Camella Homes has developed 28 projects in Cebu alone, with over 7,000 housing units.
