The launch was attended by bloggers, Camella and Vistaland heads and executives, and none other than MBV himself, Vista Land Chairman, Mr. Manny B. Villar.

He graced everyone with his inspiring with jolts of humor speech. He mentioned the fact that Vista Land is Filipinos’ most trusted real estate brand to date, and has been offering quality homes for more than 40 years now – from the most affordable housing to mid-range to high end homes.

MBV wants to be ahead of the game all the time. The exact reason why we keep on innovating and adapting to the ever changing needs of the market.

We have been the number one in horizontal housing, now it’s time for us to take on the vertical development, hence the birth of CoHo. It has always been our goal to provide a home, not just a house. We put our hearts in every development and that’s what separates us apart from the others. We don’t just sell homes to make money, we sell homes to make Filipinos’ lives comfortable.

As MBV said, we Filipinos deserve better, we deserve a better way of living.

A snug lifestyle that is, a kind of lifestyle CoHo offers. A kind of lifestyle within consumers’ reach, a lifestyle that won’t break the bank.
