Camella Puerto Princesa, a resort-inspired community located at the heart of Puerto Princesa, was recognized as the Best Housing Development for resort category at the Philippine Property Awards held recently at Fairmont Hotel, Makati.

“We, in Camella, are truly honored and delighted that our strong commitment in building beautiful, well-crafted community in this equally breathtaking province is being recognized by various award-giving bodies for real estate,” said Ms. Natanette Pardito, Camella General Manager for Palawan.

The resort-like community offers high-quality yet affordable homes, and lifestyle amenities such as a clubhouse with swimming pool, children’s playground, open and covered ball courts, jogging and biking paths, manicured gardens and pocket parks. It also guarantees its residents’ safety with entrance gate with CCTV, high perimeter fence and round-the-clock roving security guards.
Camella Palawan received the award after a rigorous six-month entry process and comprehensive site inspection by independent and reputable panel of judges.
